What is The BAD Show?

Created in 2014, The BAD Show was originally titled “Height Drop,” named after the slang term for taking huge impact in parkour. The show was perhaps the world’s first podcast hosted by and directed towards parkour athletes worldwide. The first I knew of anyway.

As it has grown, the show has expanded to include and embrace a wider range of topics, content types, and guests/cameos.

My purpose from the bird’s eye is to emphasize the values of truth, love, beauty, and wisdom and to be an example of joyfulness and courage for those who need it.
